Philadelphia Survives Snowmageddon + Championship Weekend Recap
Philly endured Snowmageddon and lived to tell the tale

The Chase continues. Philly is currently doing what Philly does best: turning a citywide snow emergency into a full-blown tailgate for absolutely no reason. While the streets are a disaster and the Eagles aren’t playing, the locals decided the only logical move was ripping dune buggies around City Hall for shits n gigs, which, honestly, feels like the most responsible thing anyone’s done all week.
Meanwhile, the NFL is doing what the NFL does best: pretending it’s not scripted while handing us the funniest “coincidence” imaginable. Super Bowl LX is officially set, Patriots vs. Seahawks, and somehow the league’s season teaser from September basically called the whole thing, with Sam Darnold and Drake Maye conveniently positioned closest to the Super Bowl logo like it was a Marvel post-credit scene. Is it actually scripted? No shot. But are we supposed to ignore that? Absolutely not.
Let’s get into it.
🌊 THE CURRENTS
EAGLS OC SEARCH ENTERS WEEK 3. The Eagles are still the only team with a head coach in place that hasn’t hired an offensive coordinator, and now NFL insider Ian Rapoport is implying the “boom or bust” pressure from Philly media and fans could be scaring off top candidates. Either the Birds are being extremely selective or waiting on someone still coaching, but the longer it drags, the more the whole search starts feeling weird. » All Things Eagles Here
PHILLIES SPRING TRAINING OUTLOOK. The Phillies invited 27 non-roster players to Spring Training, headlined by top prospects Aidan Miller and Justin Crawford as the organization looks to inject more young talent into the 2026 roster. Along with a handful of other notable bats and several pitchers with legit MLB experience, camp should feature real competition and roster decisions — not just warm bodies in uniforms. » All Things Phillies Here
WHAT’S TRENDING. Super Bowl LX is set: the Patriots are chasing ring No. 7 against Sam Darnold and the Seahawks in San Francisco, and the funniest part is the NFL’s September season teaser basically hinted at this exact matchup. It’s probably not scripted, but it’s still a ridiculous coincidence — and for once, it’s a Super Bowl that’s actually worth watching. » More Trending Topics Here
